Origami Duck

The Valley Fold is the first and most basic fold when learning Origami. It involves folding the paper in onto itself but in the direction of the folder.

A Diagonal Valley fold is the same fold but on a diagonal axis.

If you notice the symbols you’ll see the dashed line and the single arrow which denote a valley fold.
